The storage unit space is yours and yours alone. You are welcome to use your own padlock or purchase one on site. The only requirement is that you lock the unit at all times. All keys remain with you.
Storage periods range from 1 month to 1 year or more. There is no maximum storage period. The minimum payment is for one month, even if your stay is shorter.
Payments are monthly in advance. We offer pro-rata refunds on payments over the first month. So there is no stress when it comes to moving out. You only pay rent for the time you use.
Payments can be via cash, credit card (visa, bankcard and mastercard), direct credit into our account over the internet or you can simply deposit at any Westpac Bank.
Yes. We can offer insurance for your household goods and business stock from an insurer specializing in Self Storage.
Access to our facility is 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Hours are daylight hours only, and are 6:00am to 6:30pm (winter) and 5:30am to 7:00pm (summer).
Our facility has been built for the customer in mind. All units are "drive up". You are right outside your unit, making it easy to load and unload your precious goods.
The facility is security fenced, has security lighting and automatic electronic timer controlled gate.
Access is only via PIN controlled electric gate. Your individual PIN is required to enter and exit the facility, the gate automatically closes behind you each time you enter or exit.
Surveillance CCTV cameras record entry, exit and movement on site 24 hours 7 days a week. So you can feel secure when you are on site and have peace of mind when you are not there.
