Q: Who can access my storage unit?

A: The storage unit space is yours and yours alone.  You are welcome to use your own padlock or purchase one on site.  The only requirement is that you lock the unit at all times.  All keys remain with you.

Q: What is the minimum storage period?

A: Storage periods range from 1 month to 1 year or more.  There is no maximum storage period.  The minimum payment is for one month, even if your stay is shorter.

Q: What are my payment obligations and how can I pay?

A: Payments are monthly in advance.  We offer pro-rata refunds on payments over the first month.   So there is no stress when it comes to moving out.  You only pay rent for the time you use.

Payments can be via cash, credit card (visa, bankcard and mastercard), direct credit into our account over the internet or you can simply deposit at any Westpac Bank.

Q: Are there any administration fees or once only payments?

A: No.

Q: Is insurance available?

A: Yes.  We can offer insurance for your household goods and business stock from an insurer specializing in Self Storage.

Q: What can I store?

A: Almost anything, see our Storage Solutions page.

Q: What can’t I store?

A: You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
