Who can access my storage unit?

The storage unit space is yours and yours alone. You are welcome to use your own padlock or purchase one on site. The only requirement is that you lock the unit at all times. All keys remain with you.

The minimum payment is for one month, even if your stay is shorter.  Storage periods range from 1 month to 1 year or more. There is no maximum storage period.

Safeguarding your goods is a top priority.  Our facility is secured fully with security fencing, PIN-controlled auto-close electric gate for authorised persons only, as well as security lighting and 24/7 CCTV infrared security cameras that record 24/7.  Lastly, your unit is secured with your lock and only you have the keys.

Payments can be via credit card (visa, bankcard and mastercard) or direct credited into our account over the internet or you can simply deposit at any Westpac Bank.
