The storage unit space is yours and yours alone. You are welcome to use your own padlock or purchase one on site. The only requirement is that you lock the unit at all times. All keys remain with you.
Storage periods range from 1 month to 1 year or more. There is no maximum storage period. The minimum payment is for one month, even if your stay is shorter.
Payments are monthly in advance. When departing, 7 days notice is requried to be provided to the facility. When notice is provided we offer pro-rata refunds (weekly basis) on payments over the first month. If you have just paid you month in advace, you not loose your entire month. So there is no stress when it comes to moving out.
Payments can be via credit card (visa, bankcard and mastercard) or direct credited into our account over the internet or you can simply deposit at any Westpac Bank.
Access to our facility is 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Hours are daylight hours only, and are 7:00am to 6:00pm year round.

Our facility has been built for the customer in mind. All units are "drive up". You are right outside your unit, making it easy to load and unload your precious goods.
The facility is security fenced, has security lighting and automatic electronic timer controlled gate.
Access is only via PIN controlled electric gate. Your individual PIN is required to enter and exit the facility, the gate automatically closes behind you each time you enter or exit.
Surveillance CCTV cameras record entry, exit and movement on site 24 hours 7 days a week. So you can feel secure when you are on site and have peace of mind when you are not there.
